PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
If you are paying your bill after close of business on the 6th day of the month, you must pay a late fee.
ALL PAYMENTS MADE WILL BE PROCESSED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY
If paying on a past due account, we will e-mail you the unlock code for the redlock on your unit by 9am the next business day.
LATE FEE AMOUNT (set by the state of Washington) $20.00 if your monthly rent is $100.00 or less 20% if your monthly rent is over $100.00* late fee is charged per unit
